We are excited to bring you this wedding! Shreya and David shared a beautiful traditional Indian wedding at the Ritz-Carlton, Half Moon Bay. And they definitely weren't afraid to have fun with colors and designs.
Their wedding was very elegant and traditional, but had plenty of modern twists. In keeping with traditional Indian wedding colors, the palette had beautiful yellow, amber and golden hues as well as rich shades of red and pops of bright green.
We decorated the Mandap and aisle with bright, yellow roses, orchids and calla lilies which stood out wonderfully against the pale gray skies and thunderous Pacific Ocean. We even designed a one-of-a-kind elephant statue, which we covered in yellow and red mums!
They took their unique style even further in their reception decor. We created long low arrangements brimming with yellow orchids. We also created smaller pieces with fun wheat grass, billy balls and and smaller style pieces with wheat grass and mini calla lilies. The rich earthy colors of the reception -- browns, yellows and greens -- added an elegant and unique touch.
Many thanks to Lesli Mack and the staff at the Ritz-Carlton Half Moon Bay for welcoming us to the venue; it is always a pleasure working with you. And a very special thanks to Nada Nekrep of The Magic of Light Photography for capturing and sharing these beautiful images with our studio. We hope you enjoy these looking at these
beautiful images, rich colors and unique designs as much as we enjoyed creating them.
