Caroline and Eric, Aug. 10, 2013

Caroline and Eric had a wedding which little girls' dreams are made of -- elegant, sophisticated, dreamy.. with a hint of California chic and wonderful elements of a traditional Korean wedding.  The two tied the knot on a gorgeous August day at the Rosewood Sands Hotel with love and pretty pastels in abundance.

Caroline's bridal bouquet was designed with roses, dahlias, hydrangea and blooms of dendrobium orchids.  The bouquet was designed in a timeless ivory, lavender and blush pink.

The ceremony flowers mimicked the color scheme of Caroline's bouquet.  We designed two large arrangements of roses, hydrangea, dahlias and stock to go at the front of the altar.  The arrangements were placed on stands dripping with orchids for a wonderful, luxurious look.

After the ceremony, guests were ushered out into the lobby for cocktails.  We decorated the cocktail tables with small hydrangea arrangements designed in vases covered with crystals.  While the guests were enjoying drinks, we flipped the ballroom and added finishing touches to the guest and Sweetheart tables.  The guest tables had tall designs created similar to the ceremony pieces.  We also added small arrangements of hydrangea and roses and sets of votive candles all in unique mercury vases.  The Sweetheart table was decorated with a cluster of arrangement in mirrored vases to complete the romantic and modern look of the evening.

Thank you to the Rosewood Sand Hill Hotel for being friendly, helpful and accommodating.  And a very special thank you to Frank J Lee Photography for capturing and sharing these lovely images with our studio!  We hope you enjoy the designs as much as we enjoyed creating them for this amazing couple.
